Holy Spirit Primary School – BER Centre
Location: Minerva Road, Manifold Heights, Geelong, Victoria.
Project Brief: Construction of new 2 Level BER Centre including Multi Purpose area, Open plan Interactive Classrooms, New Library Centre and Canteen Kitchen ammenities. The project design and construction elements provided maximum space for limited funding, and therefore we played an important part in consultation with the Client and Design team both at the Design stage and throughout Construction to ensure efficient and cost effective construction.
Holy Family Primary School- BER Library Centre
Location: Seperation Street, Bell Park, Geelong, Victoria.
Project Brief: Construction of new 800m2 BER Library and Classrooms Centre. An innovative use of Natural Timbers including Cypress Cladding and Timber Portal Frame Construction, as well as Rammed Earth walls made this building a Stand Out project within the BER Schools program.
Holy Family Primary School – Eco Centre
Location: Seperation Street, Bell Park, Geelong, Victoria.
Project Brief: Holy Family Catholic Primary School were funded to carry out various works including Renovations and refurbishment of existing school classrooms, extensive Landscaping works to include an Integrative Learning area for the Environment, and the Construction of a new Environment Learning Centre. Works were undertaken in a staged process in order to provide minimum impact to the function of the school.
St Patrick’s Primary School
Location: Petrel Street, Geelong West, Victoria.
Project Brief: As part of the Building the Education Revolution package, St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School were funded to carry out a new Multi Purpose Hall area and a new Library with associated Classrooms. The project incorporated demolition and building within the existing footprint of an internal courtyard to create the new indoor Multipurpose area, as well as a new Library and Classrooms attached to the existing 1910 Federation style School, which had to be in keeping with the design due to Heritage Overlay.
Apple Bar Adelaide
Location: Synagogue Place, Adelaide, South Australia.
Project Brief: Redevelopment of existing Heritage Listed former Synagogue dating back to 1860’s into Adelaide’s newest Night Bar. Construction works including new floors throughout, new external roof top deck, 3 new Bars, new ammenities and extensive Services integration.
13th Beach Residence
Location: 13th Beach Golf Links Estate, Barwon Heads, Victoria.
Project Brief: Large 4 bedroom Architecturally designed family home within the 13th Beach Golf Club Estate including seperate Golf Cart Garage.
45 Hitchcock Ave.
Location: 45 Hitchcock Ave, Barwon Heads, Victoria.
Project Brief: Positioned in the main street of Barwon Heads Village, this project involved the redevelopment of an existing 10 year old Restaurant and Apartment at first floor, into 3 commercial retail shops at ground floor and 2 apartments at first floor including 2 bedrooms each. The Project involved extensive demolition and rebuilding including substantial fire rated construction and extension to floor areas with the end result providing sort after retail tenancies and high class apartments.
BeachHouse Cafe
Location: Hitchcock Ave, Barwon Heads, Victoria.
Project Brief: Renovation and Extension of existing heritage CFA fire station into a 100 seat Restaurant / Cafe including a Street side Sun Deck. Fit out included Full Scale Commercial Kitchen and new Bars including all services. Additional 40 seat function room and rear deck area also completed as a seperate stage to the redevelopment.
Rosstown Hotel
Location: Dandenong Road (Princes Hwy), Carnegie, Melbourne
Project Brief: Recent works include 4 new external smoking deck areas, extension and refurbishment of gaming room, new offices, and repainting throughout.Other previous extensive renovations in 2000 included 3 new bars, new fully equipped kitchen, refurbished bistro, new refurbished gaming room and new TAB area.
Craig’s Royal Hotel
Location: Lydiard Street, Ballarat
Project Brief: Multi million dollar redevelopment of the Historic Victorian Landmark into a fine Boutique Heritage Hotel and Conference Centre. With an ongoing relationship with the Client over the past 4 years, we have managed extensive re-construction of this 150 year old Grand Hotel including heritage trades work and new construction. Works include 41 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, heritage restoration to the ornate entry and central staircase, development of the gaming room, two brand new fully appointed commercial kitchens, redevelopment of the Cellar Bar as well as the legendary Craig’s Bar, construction of a new courtyard conservatory, new escape stair and lift services, and heritage restoration to the Grand Dining Room, Breakfast Room, and Reading Room.
Lord of the Isles Tavern
Location: West Fyans Street, Geelong
Project Brief: Redevelopment of Geelong’s award winning Bistro Tavern including new Gaming Room fit-out and Bar, extension of the hotel bistro, new function room, new lounge, 2 new external courtyards, 3 new bars and 3 new ammenities areas. A wine cellar and tasting room incorporating a 20 seat banquet room were also included in the project. This is a high class finish project and has reconfirmed Lord of the Isles as Geelong’s premier Bistro.
The Grovedale Hotel
Location: Grovedale, Geelong
Project Brief: Ongoing minor works to existing Hotel including 2 new smoking terrace areas as well as additions and alterations in 2006: including new Kids Play Room, extended kitchen store, new coolroom, and installation of partition walling systems to bistro / function area.
Railway Hotel
Location: Chapel St, Windsor, Melbourne
Project Brief: Multi million dollar re-development of a traditional corner Pub into a state of the art 24 hour a day bottle shop, a classy downstairs pub/function room, upstairs bar and terrace deck, as well as a boutique cocktail bar.
Jackson Residence
Location: Barwon Heads
Project Brief: Construction of architecturally inspired coastal home including 4 bedrooms + study, 2 bathrooms, rumpus room, and in-ground pool. With extensive use of Recycled timbers, glass and stone finishes, this easy living home is the contemporary style that is Barwon Heads.
Turner Residence
Location: Barwon Heads
Project Brief: Construction of architecturally designed coastal home comprising of 3 bedrooms plus study, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate living areas.The open plan living extends onto a west facing BBQ and entertainment area featuring a Plunge Pool. Fully landscaped gardens and an extensive water feature compliment the unique copper clad entry.
East Melbourne Residence
Location: East Melbourne
Project Brief: Architecturally inspired new additions and full renovation to existing heritage building to create luxury residence. Modern combinations of stone, glass and steel in new construction, along with the original rich timbers blended to create a distinguished finish. Works included an additional level, 4 new bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms, billiards room, wine cellar and entertainer’s bar, fully equipped kitchen, and new entertainers terrace deck.
13th Beach Golf Club
Location: 13th Beach Golf Links Resort, Barwon Heads, Victoria
Project Brief: Multi million dollar development of new Club House and Members Facilities including fully equipped commercial kitchen, restaurant and bar, functions room, offices and reception, Club Pro-shop, Members Bar, Members facilities and extensive Golf cart garaging.
